We are a group of like-minded growers of useful heritage plant varieties in the Bellingen area of northeast New South Wales, Australia.

Our climate varies from frost-free coastal areas to inland river valleys and highlands with frosts. Bellingen has an average annual rainfall of 1507ml.

  1. hi a friend gave us what he called a native bush lemon tree ,he said he grew it from a lemon that was growing wild near Bellingen on the way to dorrigo apparently there were quite a few growing along the roadside ,just wondering can you tell me at all are these native lemons ,sorry to bother you but thought I would ask, lorraine

  2. Bush lemons would be likely to be a lemon seedling grown wild. They are not native lemons.
